Know Espinaler
Founded in '96 – As in 1896. When Miquel Riera y Prat opened a rustic little tavern on the shore near Barcelona, serving wine and some of the best vermouth in Spain. In the 1950s, they created the recipe for Espinaler sauce after enlisting elite canneries in Galicia to produce the perfect foil for their iconic sauce.
Now in its fifth generation, they're iconic for sauce and sardines.
