Alalunga was started by two brothers in 2018 by the Cantabrian Sea using sustainable fishing techniques and cooked with reverence for the product in search of excellence
Produced in limited quantities, hake is line-caught, hand-processed, and canned within hours of the catch. Each tin is numbered and traceable.
